Salvador Ramirez, MP51703, aged 28 went missing from Yonkers on 9/1/1993. His height is listed at 5’4”-5’6” but in looking at pictures of him, he’s clearly on the lower end of that range. He had immigrated from Colombia with his family and was involved in a nasty custody dispute with his ex. On that day, she had shown up to drop their child off but Salvador wasn’t home. My feeling is that he may have been set up by the ex and her boyfriend. Maybe telling him to do the pick up at her place, and he is then murdered by the boyfriend while the ex is ‘innocently’ dropping the child off at his place. I wish they had posted a picture of his watch as he’s seems to like watches. Yonkers is just under 40 miles from Plainview.
