NYPD on hunt for sicko accused of raping 14-year-old girl in Manhattan building

The suspect was last seen wearing a black-and-gray knit hat, gray face covering, white coat, camouflage pants, a camo backpack, and black boots.

Germaine Parham, 33, is accused of approaching the teen around 11:42 a.m. in a building near First Avenue and First Avenue Loop near Gramercy Park and carrying out the sick sexual assault, according to the NYPD.
