The location, circumstances, scar on her abdomen and small stature reminds me of Eddy Segall. She went missing around June 1977 from New Hampshire and is thought to be buried somewhere close by there, but I didn’t see anything stating that theory had ever been confirmed.

From the description of her clothing I guess this poor lady was part of the homeless community as well. She wore multiple pairs of jeans and sweaters and a hospital gown. She may have been institutionalized at some point and then either left on her own account or was released and took the gown with her as additional free item of clothing.

And while there certainly are people who start graying in their 20's, I believe her to be towards the upper age range, 45-50.

In addition, a quick Google search turned out that Elmhurst Hospital seems to be open to treating homeless people without insurance. It is recommended on various websites of homeless aid organizations.

I’ll add her to my list. I didn’t submit Eddy, I’ll have to revisit her case again and see if it’s worth submitting.

Unlikely it is Eddy, she was younger and also not homeless, but try to submit her anyways. The craziest things happen sometimes.
