Fragments of a human skeleton have been found in a remote area of New York's LaGuardia Airport.

If the UID height estimate (6'6") is correct, this would make Ian Barnett unlikely.

Robert Sillan, Jr. is a little bit shorter than the UID's height estimate, but he is from Queens, the timeline is right, his age is about right, and has "badly injured soles of his feet, major scarring." (Perhaps that would explain the UID's lower leg brace)
