Circumstances of Disappearance
Olivera was last seen in the vicinity of 159th Street and Broadway in New York City, New York on October 9, 1999. Rene' left his residence at approximately 12:00 pm and never returned.

Circumstances Unknown homeless male found unresponsive on sidewalk by rangers at above location in Gateway National Park. EMS responded and pronounced at the scene.

I came across this one again and hadnt submitted so thought id add to it.

The unidentified man was wearing a blue plaid shirt with Micky Mouse embroidered. Not a lot of men at age 50~ that I could imagine doing so, unless they had some type of maturity disability. Rene was noted as being mentally disabled on the Charley Project. In the images of rene it looks like he is wearing a blue plaid shirt, although not the same one, might indicate a style choice.

Also, Rene went missing in Manhattan in October 1999. The unidentified man was found in a car boot in August 2000, but tickets on the vehicle indicated it had been parked at the location near Brooklyn? atleast since November 1999.

All the other available identifiers seem to correlate. Black/grey 1" hair, Hispanic/white mix, height etc. Not sure what the status is of DNA.
