His father was a serial killer who got away with it. His father beat to death at least three - possibly four -- of his infant children. We know that childhood trauma causes adult mental illness. This poor man is another victim of his father, even if it is indirectly. And shame on the police, the courts, the social services, the Catholic church, the relatives, the neighbors, and everyone else who allowed a monster to beat his children from the 1940s onwards.
