there is a missing persons page (someone here has the link), that page has him last seen on his block. this information is apparently provided by family members. this is one of the "facts" that are constantly being brought up as inconsistant. FB says one thing, while other sites (with information provided by IM) say another.

(I feel like whenever I comment people get the idea that I believe IM is to blame or knows where RM is, this is not the case. I don't believe IM is involved in this, I do however believe RM left on his own.)

Could this fact be before they got the updated info about Arrow? (And the other web sites just havent updated?) This is troublesome if there are real inconsistancies...

The only reason I do not feel that RM would walk away on own is because why now when is all good in marriage and not before when there was issues? He stood by loyal then..makes no sense to me now. However if he was there in middle of day and his wallet found in garage later when IM got home...that is the first scenario that makes complete sense to me. My god...what if they dont realize this and looking in wrong place?? Ugh feeling sick..

the only problem I have with the "just hasn't been updated" theory, is that this that IM has NEVER presented this as possible last sighting, to those offering help.

could possible reason be IM herself believes RM left voluntarily? is she angered by this (remember she also commented that when he returned home she would throw a party, where people could get in line behind her to beat him). I believe she wants him home, I believe she doesn't know where he is. I don't believe she believes he's injured or in trouble. now, if she admits this, admits to recent fighting and harsh words/threats... does she lose all the help she's been receiving? is that enough reason for her to withhold information?
(my phone is acting up and I can't proof read this before posting. sorry if it doesn't make sense) good night.

IMHO I am sure whether fighting or not the thought has crossed her mind, as she seems to be a very intelligent woman, however, I truly believe she immediately discounted it for the very same reason I stated previously. I dont believe anyone would think any less of her if they had an arguement, as every marriage has its days and if he left those two kids, people would be ticked at him for letting them believe he was hurt or worse! Regardless of their relationship, from how people talk of him, he does not strike me as having the type of character to do that to his kids. IMO I think she is probably hoping it is something like this rather than what is probably invading her thoughts more and more as time goes on. As for her comment about the party, I chuckle because honestly I used to tease my husband if he got hurt I would "kill" him...(riding his motorcycle) it is actually a rather common joke amongst couples in love.

IMO I was certain RM left on his own in the very beginning. Then we hear he was seen on his neighbors surveillance camera driving by, most likely, coming home for ten minutes, then seen leaving. That knowledge changed my thinking. :banghead: Did he meet with foul play when he got home? Someone armed could have been waiting for him. They force RM into their car and another drives his car away and parks it at train station. Is there another car seen on surveillance camera?? IMO that is why LE and IM do not have to search Arrow Scrap area.

I feel so sorry IM and her children. I feel he is no longer here with us but I could change my mind tomorrow.

I think he came home left his wallet and money and left again.
I don't think he parked in his driveway or the front of his house so he would not be seen.
If someone was at the house I think LE would know and would have taken it further.
Wasn't his wife home during the day?

We have seen the video of the car passing the house so it does exist!

We don't really know what state the marriage is in.
We do not have a he said she said here its only she says.

And I have been saying for a long time now he returned to the house and left the wallet that afternoon this is why he was seen on the neighbors video.
Maybe he even came back and took the bike.

dont you think a family memeber of the missing has a right to blow off steam whenever and wherever she feels attacked? You do not know what triggered it..all I can say is it was not someone from ws. We should not judge something we know nothing about...

They attack ppl for no reason! Your not allowed to talk about what may or may not have happened to him. Depends on your theory if they let you stay or not lol. God forbid you mention the scrap yard lol

If so, I would assume he would know what time she has to pick up kids...

What SCHOOL are the kids in? School is not in session yet right?

I think the scrap yard just might be under investigation. JMO

Not sure what you mean.
I was referring to posters saying maybe she has been told not to share certain things, but I can't see why LE would do that, if they are not treating this as a crime.

Exactly. More things point to a crime, IMO, than not.

And I should probably preface this by saying I don't believe IM has anything to do with it.

Except that's not where he was last seen. He went home after the scrap yard.

I saw the entire post that started the upset on FB last night, of course, before it was deleted. A poster threw out incorrect info, stated she saw it on WS, and then had some bad things to say about SCPD. Someone immediately searched WS and publicly stated a correction, which is good. I won't even repeat what the confusion was because it could immediately cause confusion here. Bottom line, We're all here because we care.

Good Morning everyone----holy cow--I think ts going to be New Thread Wednesday!!!!!

Why would LE tell IM that something isn't to be shared with the public, if they do not believe a crime has been committed? That makes no sense.

Except that's not where he was last seen. He went home after the scrap yard.

This is just My opinion!!!
I think he went t the scrap yard and purchased a new ID(yes I think this yard does other things like this) he leaves there and goes home leaves old ID in the garage along with the receipt...this lets his wife know he got it.
I do not believe he was a victim of a crime but might be involved in one or has knowledge of one and felt it was best to vanish to protect his family and himself? I think she knows but has no idea where he went.
Just my thoughts.

Before you say anything about the scrap yard realize this place destroys ppl identies off of computers what better way to get new IDs for peeps.

I've also wondered why searches are being repeateded in areas, with so many other possible areas being ignored.

I think you also brought up the AL lead being ignored. that baffles me as well.

Are the searches being repeated in areas b/c RM may return to places????
We had discussed the bike and how far he could ride --maybe he is not in one place but moving around.

I found an interesting page on the New Jersey State Police website, re: their missing persons protocol. I realize that there may be differences from state to state, but it gives a great overview of all the possible LE tasks. There's even a separate section for people missing over 30 days. It gives us an idea of the things that might be going on, behind the scenes, that LE just doesn't mention. Although LE in our case doesn't think RM was the victim of foul play, I believe that they are continuing to investigate. I think without any evidence of foul play, there are limitations on what information LE can collect (via search warrants). There is no "crime scene" to process. The records at the scrap yard, for example, are to be made available to LE *by law* on request...their premises are not. (Just an example...I don't think the scrap yard is involved in RM's disappearance.)

The title is a bit deceiving, but it states that this protocol is for both "unidentified deceased" AND missing persons.

Before you say anything about the scrap yard realize this place destroys ppl identies off of computers what better way to get new IDs for peeps.

Destroying info off of a computer is so not even close to creating new ID. The method of obtaining private info from the sectors of a hard drive is a technical feat that I cannot fathom the scrap yard owners have the expertise to pull off.

I am, really, a geek, and I know of what I speak.

Not only that but why in the world would RM need fake ID? If he was trying to hide his identity while making a scrap transaction, why not go to a scrap yard further away from home?
