Is it just me or does anyone find it odd that she was worried already by 630pm? I know she figured he would get off early but with all that needed to be done for weekend, myself, I wouldnt have thought twice about it until maybe 8pm and then start worrying.

This is why I think they may have been fighting the night before and why he left so early and why he is unshaven. The 9AM dropped call.. ....Im thinking he packed and left.....

IM posted on facebook a few minutes ago, LE still has the car and they will not release it yet. She is not sure why.

What would be the legal reasons she would not get that car?
He sold it?
No title?
He put it in someone elses name?

Just guessing here folks.
I don't think they are still looking for fingerprints lol

Oh I know she Was Real Estate
But I believe she also dealt with Bankruptcy!

Its on her list of the many things she is accomplished in!

Im almost 100 percent sure I read this.
Its listed on one of her work profiles.

Wouldn't they give her the answer if she asked them why they aren't releasing it? What exact excuse did they give? Something sounds fishy, perhaps LE is on to something.

could it be a question of ownership??? Or maybe RM contacted LE and after identifying himself said he wanted his car. The fun now comes with finding the title etc

I think......detectives are following up on any tips they receive but I don't think they are out there looking for him JMO

maybe Sweet----if they had been arguing ALOT that day and prior, I myself would be watching the street for him. Or if I needed him home NOW b/c we have to take this kid here, pick up this and that etc.
Calling LE so quickly jumps out at me b/c he was not ill nor was there any other issue (marital, health, family, job) that we have been made ware of.

iMO angle not considered because he was seen twice that we know of AFtER he left the job site

Did we ever hear about the Monday after that Friday??? Nothing much has been said about the job-site--that is very true. I think the closest thing was that GPS led IM by it on her way to a concert in Brooklyn. Not saying the job-site is the scene of any crime but it may have alot of info----his desk calendar, request for vacation time, personal items in desk (chapstick, business cards, Advil---am thinking of Mr C's desk). Who replaced RM at the jobsite? Was vacation actually requested???

Aren't we NOT to be sleuthing IM?

For whoever it was in the last thread that keeps saying IM said something to the effect of "what time is dad coming" and thought the wording was strange....that is because the actual wording was "the kids keep asking when Rob is coming home and I dont know what to tell them" which IMO, there is nothing odd or suspicious about that. If I were in same circumstance, after a while, I wouldnt know what. To say to kids either, especially if I didnt have any answers myself. No great mystery there IMO

That was me who brought it up. I agree with you, because after thinking about it, I have come to the same conclusion. I wouldn't know what to say to the kids in a situation such as a disappearance too.

why is it assumed that because LE hasn't released the car to IM it's because they have evidence or are investigatin it further, yet IM herself has admitted that even after calling LE in regards to call found on scanner, SHE had to go out and investigate herself. clearly LE is not doing the investigating they're suspected of doing if IM is going door to door asking questions herself. maybe they just haven't released the car because it's not in her name. maybe she needs to go file papers with the courts to get the car without RM.

There a few reasons they could be holding the car. Since his case is not resolved, possibly they are holding it until they are clear on what happened to him.

Just a thought . .

I may start to be concerned, but not sure if I should take action. I would probably call around first. RM not answering his phone was probably bothering her too. I'm guessing she was probably leaving messages and he wasn't returning any of her calls.

But what if it is never resolved? Do they get to keep it forever? Is there a time limit? Just wondering. Many MP cases are not resolved. Whatever evidence it may hold isn't going to change. Seems once they examine it, they should be done with it and be glad to make room for other cars, JMO.
