Hard to take this case seriously there have been no reports of Law enforcement searches of the house or the garage no reports of the car being dusted for prints or to find any dna , hairs , fibers .
No polygraphs!
No searches of the scrap yard.
All we have is a wife that says her husband didn't come home.

No 911 call.
Is he really considered missing by LE standards? Or just not at home.
Is he more so considered a run away?

If he's still in the house, I'll eat my hat.

:winkkiss:

:oddsmiley:

In the house--there is control over anyone else seeing him. THE CAR was seen leaving--not the driver. But it also puts the onus on people to "keep the secret"--which they may be able to do. Thinking of family secrets.
And where ever he is, he has the ability to sustain himself---food, clothing, shelter. He doesnt look to me (strictly my observation) like a "live off the land" type of guy, or even a guy who likes to "rough it". He looks like he likes his comforts, bed, TV, clean sheets, shower, so he would hide out where those things are.

A false 911 call is illegal. And LE may not consider him a MP, just a guy who didnt come home.

I am starting to fixate an the garage again--------

Hey I think its very possible!

Really? So let's be clear on your theory.
You are saying he never left, is that correct?
Is he in hiding, in his own home?
I'm having trouble understanding.

:truce:

  • #609
On another note the reason no one is talking is because possibly they have no friends.
Probably because of past situation!
Would explain the lack of concern here!
And why Robert was home every night!

All JMO

We discussed way back many threads ago lol that maybe he was still in the house.

Maybe he didn't drive that car away at all.

Yes hiding in his own home!

It was tossed out there before.
Is he in there probably not but there is that slim chance
Like balloon boy he was hiding in his garage lol

  • #611
Is he dead or
do we think he is alive out there.

Obviously we are going NOWHERE.
We just change our theories every morning !

  • #612
Hey she found a lot of Roberts things in that garage maybe she will find Robert there.

Id like to know if the car pulled into the garage or just the drive or it was out on the street.

Theory du jour

Okay........ so 3 months later he's still there?
Why?

ETA: so making false police reports, BIL is LE, etc I seriously doubt it.

All u have to do is drive your car in the garage he gets on the floor in the back she leaves no one is the wiser.

That might be why the seat was pulled all the way forward he was on the floor.

No one is watching that house as I understand it.
It would not be hard to move around!
I wouldn't know the guy if I fell over him.
Hes ordinary!
Im sure he has a beard now shaved head or long hair
wears a hat!
No one is really searching for him.
Hes not being persued by LE.

I don't know what happened to Robert Mayer
We have a ton of theories out here.
Many possible!

Can I interject??? Desperate people do desperate things.

I made no mention for a false report said there was no record of a 911 call I believe

So is the "we need to be looking for RM and stop with the wild theories" a diversion tactic or the oddest request for assistance in the history of missing persons? It's one or the other folks.

The wall of secrecy by all involved is a clue unto itself.

"Help Us, but don't look here, don't look there, don't ask questions, don't follow clues, don't speculate or have theories, don't go looking yourself and for goodness sake don't ask anyone involved in the case from LE to SAR to Parks"

Sheesh....you got to be kidding me. I'm going to go check my shed when I get home...it's about as effective as anything else I can do at this point given what I have to work with.

Just speculating on unclear theory.
IIRC there was a missing person report filed. Correct?
