Found Alive NY - Rosa Valentin, 51, Wappinger, 23 Feb 2018 *endangered*

State Police are attempting to locate a missing and endangered 51-year-old Hudson Valley woman.

Rosa Valentin of Wappinger was last seen on Friday, Feb. 23 near Scarborough Lane in the town of Wappinger wearing a red blouse and black pants.

Valentin is diabetic without medication and possibly experiencing a medical emergency, state police said.

She operates a 2015 Hyundai Accent bearing New York Registration HAY8282.
