Not many details to go on and there are not many possibilities, maybe because it is an old case. I found only one MP, who could be a match:

David Mines

He went missing in 1961 while enroute from New York to Toronto by bus. His luggage apparently arrived in Toronto without him. The tooth paste, which was found with the UID would make sense in this case, because people often brush their teeth on a longer journey. Glasses and a hat were also found with the remains and David was known to wear both.
Unfortunately there is no info whether the teeth were missing ante- or post mortem or a PMI.
Height and age range would fit David Mines as well.

Link is TMB not David Mines.

Thank you for the likes :). I felt confident enough to submit him and did so via the Doe Network Match Panel. I already received the standard response, that David Mines and the UID have not been compared to each other.

As I wrote in my previous post, they have DNA for David Mines according to Doe Network, but I do not know, which identifiers are available for the unidentified remains in NamUs.
