“If there is one thing I have learned from this experience, it is that victims and survivors will never be safe.”

Cassie Ventura writes to a federal judge in support of the feds’ 11-year sentence recommendation for Diddy.

Judge Subramanian is letting Diddy dress up for his sentencing on Friday.

“He is permitted to have one button down shirt, one pair of pants, one sweater, and one pairof shoes without laces to wear to court.”

Diddy's lawyers don't want his ex-assistant to speak at sentencing, and they have a blunt take on her role in trial: "“Mia” was permitted to come into a courtroom, assume a fake identity (complete with a made up voice and demeanor), and lie about a defendant in a criminal case, all behind the shroud of anonymity."

"Mia was brave to testify at trial and is even more brave to be willing to speak the truth at sentencing after the verdict. ... The defense’s fear of one victim speaking for less than five minutes speaks volumes as to what it believes may be the impact of her telling the truth."

Court getting reading for Friday:“Seating will be first come first seated. We will take names of credentialed media in line around 7AM. Media must show their own media credentials. Line holding for others will not be permitted once on federal property.”

Diddy’s lawyers filed more support letters ahead of tomorrow’s sentencing, including this from Virginia “Gina” Huynh who was charged as a victim in the indictment but never testified.During meetings with prosecutors, “I felt pressured to feel like a victim.”“I told them I was not but they insisted that I was, even when I expressed my truth otherwise.”

Diddy's ex-assistant "Mia" will speak at his sentencing."Though the defense argues that Mia has been discredited, it doesn’t explain why she should be excluded given that the defense will of course be afforded a 'fair opportunity to respond' to any remarks that Mia offers."

On Ctv Vinni had a clip of the tents set up outside the courthouse. It’s going to be wild before it even starts.

He has tried to get the judge’s attention by writing a four page letter to him. He stated that he was going to apologize to each of the women for his behavior. He thinks that he will get points for this and the business course that he did for his inmates.

Yes! I just saw this:

One day before the music mogul—who was found guilty of two prostitution-related charges in July and acquitted on counts of racketeering and sex trafficking—is due to be sentenced, he penned a letter to the judge in his case in which he addressed surveillance footage from 2016 that showed him assaulting the “Me & U” singer in a hotel hallway.

It’s a Diddy tent city!

A crowd of paid line-sitters camped out in tents more than 24-hours ahead of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ much-anticipated sentencing Friday in lower Manhattan to secure a coveted spot in the courtroom.

The sidewalk outside Manhattan Federal Court looked like a mini-festival Thursday with eight tents and 15 people — all of them professional line holders saving spots for members of the media and influencers.
