that Miami healing fest is gonna have to start without him.

How are they going to survive in Miami without him? A tailored made tour to promote his story will have to wait 3.5 years.

I guess his followers won't be celebrating with baby oil today?

Glad this monster will face some consequences for his disgusting actions!

Judge: Jane says he told her, Take this pill, do out there and s*ck his d*ck, f*ck him, I don't care. The Court is not convinced this would not happen again. The Court has considered the programs - they are outweighed by the trial record in this case

Did the judge say that in court?

I am disgusted by the hubris of SC, thinking that he is "sorry", and he already made plans for next week.

He has zero contrition.

Judge: I want to speak to the strong women who came forward: Ms. Ventura and Jane, you've been through trauma we can't imagine. Ms. Ventura said it was forced sex and degradation. I want to say, We heard you.

Judge: You weren't just speaking to the jurors, but to other victims. You stood up to power. It's not easy. Violence behind closed doors doesn't have to stay secret forever. I know you still bear trauma. But you've taught us, you don't have to stay a victim

Judge: As Doctor King taught us, Out of the mountain of despair, a stone of hope. Mr. Combs, your mom writes that you have always been a good son. The same power that enabled you to hurt these women, you could use to help. [Combs is sitting with his hand folded]

Judge: Here, the data shows a wide variety of sentences. Weighing all the relevant factors, the Court determines that the sentences is 50 months of incarceration

He's one lucky guy who has already served about a quarter of his sentence.
Can he get out earlier for good behavior?
I'm surprised and thought the judge at a minimum would have gone with the prosecutor's request of 11 yrs.
imo

I think SC should have been given more time, SC minimized his behavior. 4 years, 2 months. He has already served 18 months (?), and he only needs to serve 85% of time, so another year.

Well, better than nothing. The appeal is probably ready to be filed.

Yep! He still thinks he is special and can control things, like he has always done. Freak offs are just one example of his coercive control. He has even been made to feel important among his inmates. Basically he hasn’t been reformed and most likely will continue to be a hero among them.

Just got back from errands.
Caught up.
50 months? minus time served? That's what 3 years.
Deserves more.....in fact he's flipping lucky he wasn't found guilty for the other charges.
What a performance this was on the part of the defense and this creep.
