So much for "non disclosure" agreements.

I think NDAs, just like any other legally binding contract, are unenforceable if the underlying agreement pertains to illegal activities.

Flashbacks are rare and unique to hallucinogens, addiction to stimulants like cocaine is very problematic
I think what previous poster meant (sorry if I’m wrong PP) is that 50-80% of people with PTSD have flashbacks. Adding any substance to a Trauma event that results in PTSD could cause more confusion in the flashbacks and treatment if the PTSD.

Does anyone know what significance a Prince song might have in this case? And what song exactly? Some bloggers mentioned lyrics that supposedly sound like evidence, but I haven’t found anything specific that supports that claim.

Every day this case gets more lurid. But, as his attorney said, it is not about sex, baby oil, abusing Cassie. It is about the law. Is there direct evidence that SC did the crimes?

Interesting reading this, apparently Diddy was going to do a reality show with his family. That has been scrapped. This has cost him a lot of money.

Singer Dawn Richard told jurors at Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial on Monday that the hip-hop mogul threatened to kill her if she told anyone she saw him physically abusing his longtime girlfriend.

Richard testified that Combs made the threat the day after she witnessed the Bad Boy Records founder punch and kick Casandra "Cassie" Ventura after taking a swing at her with a skillet. Richard said he told her and another woman who saw the attack that "we could go missing" if they didn't stay quiet.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Mitzi Steiner asked Richard what she took "we could go missing" to mean.

"That we could die," Richard responded, saying she was shocked because all of this happened just as she was beginning to record with Diddy -- Dirty Money, a musical trio with Combs and another R&B singer.

Escort, ‘The Punisher’ says Diddy wore a veil during ‘freak off’
Hayes testified that during his first session with Cassie, a man he later learned was Diddy entered the hotel room nude and wearing a face-covering veil.

He said the room was set up with covered furniture, bowls of water, and baby oil, and that Diddy sat behind a table, occasionally giving Cassie subtle directions.

Cassie's mom says she took out home equity loan to pay Diddy not to release sex tapes
Ventura says Diddy demanded $20K from the family in 2011.

The jury was shown an email from Cassie to her mother on Dec. 23, 2011. In the email, Cassie said that Diddy would release two sex tapes. Cassie’s email also claimed that Diddy would have someone hurt her and rapper Kid Cudi, who she was dating at the time.

"I was scared for my daughter’s safety," Regina told Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily.

He probably wore a veil just in case someone was filming? I’m sure everyone was searched by him for potential evidence but there is always a chance of a leak.

There is no evidence of incest so far but it wouldn’t surprise me.

The irony of him not showing himself as he looks at them in full view and…filming it!

Claims of a sexual assault and a backlogged rape kit that resulted in a $100 million default judgment against Sean “Diddy” Combs are not true, USA TODAY has confirmed. And as the rap mogul’s criminal trial unfolds in New York, his lawyers have succeeded in having the civil award thrown out…

A few days after Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Anna Marie Anzalone awarded the $100 million default judgment in a Michigan courtroom in September 2024, she reversed it.

Default judgments are entered when someone fails to respond to a lawsuit. But Combs was never served with the suit and didn’t know it had been filed until he read about the judgment in the media, according to court records. Shortly thereafter, Combs, 55, retained Michigan law firm Fink Bressack, which argued successfully that the award to Cardello-Smith should be nullified. The suit itself remained pending, however.

Combs' attorneys had the suit moved from state court to federal court, and in January 2025, U.S. District Judge Judith E. Levy dismissed it with prejudice, meaning it cannot be re-filed.

Since then, Cardello-Smith has made numerous attempts to keep the case alive. So far, he has been unsuccessful.

Special Agt. Gerard Gannon testified about the HSI search of Diddy’s home in FL (on Star Island).HSI executed the search on March 25, 2024. We saw exhibit photos of what was found in the home: baby oil, lingerie, high heels. But also AR-15s with scratched off serial numbers

The AR-15 upper receivers with the scratched off serial numbers were wrapped in a towel. The lower receivers had rounds near them (from exhibit photos). Q: are firearms supposed to have serial numbers Gannon: Yes

Special Agt Gannon’s testimony will continue under direct tomorrow morning and we could learn more about the search warrants of Diddy’s Star Island Mansion

Cassie’s mom Regina Ventura took the stand earlier this morning to talk about a $20,000 home equity loan she took out after Diddy (allegedly) made threats to Cassie about releasing sexually explicit videos in response to Cassie seeing Kid Cudi in 2011.

Regina testified she sent the check to Bad Boy BUT the money was returned to her a few days later. She said she took out this money bc she was scared for her daughter’s safety. And Diddy (allegedly) demanded this money bc he spent money on Cassie and she was seeing someone else

And the other person was Kid Cudi who is expected to take the stand this week

It’s cold and expected to rain but a lot of people still ready to see what’s in store for Diddy’s trial today.
Special Agt. Gerard Gannon with Homeland Security will continue his testimony this morning.
Then we’ll hear from forensic psychologist Dr. Dawn Hughes

A "trauma bond" can make a victim unwilling to leave a relationship, psychologist says

Abusive relationships often have love and kindness in them in addition to the abuse, clinical and forensic psychologist Dawn Hughes testified.

“The victim wants that, they want that back. So when that is shown to the victim, that’s very reinforcing,” she said.

Hughes testified that a “trauma bond” is when somebody is attached to their partner in spite of the violence and abuse. A trauma bond can make a victim unwilling to leave a relationship, she said.

Sounds really hinky to me. Are these attorneys feeling threatened?
