MOO these attorneys need to watch themselves, suborning witness tampering, blackmail, and intimidation are all career ending decision. To argue notes describing such activities are privileged could be construed as them being part of a conspiracies to commit said acts. JMO

Ok, omg!!!!!! This is just beyond!!!! Like wtf, holy schnikes- he is an absolute monster!!!!!!! The sheer amount of lawsuits brought against Diddy at this point- it almost seems like how can this stuff be real? But with this particular person - they have medical records that can clearly prove that this took place.
If Diddy is released on bail, I will simply not believe it. That would be one million percent WRONG.

Because Sean Combs held all the power and would have his lawyers chew him up and spit him out. Now that SC is incarcerated and others are coming forward, it’s safer. But it will still be a challenge.

For sure. The power makes it extremely difficult and scary for the victims to even discuss it. It’s like a PTSD whiplash.

‘What if it can’t be proven and imply that it was consensual, how am I going to afford the legal fees, will he make me disappear before testifying, etc’

The same as it was with Harry Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Cosby and the others before them that we aren’t aware of. All of which took a long time-decades, to be found guilty.

No sign yet of Combs’ family. They weren’t at the last hearing likely because it was an emergency hearing. But this hearing has been on the schedule for weeks so we’ll probably see them again today

Reporting sexual abuse is a personal decision and it is not easy. Those who have experienced abuse report numerous barriers to reporting including:
Feelings of shame, guilt and embarrassment
Perceived negative consequences of reporting
Fear of retaliation by the perpetrator (emphasis mine)
Financial dependence upon the perpetrator
The perpetrators not allowing help
Not wanting family member or friend to be prosecuted
Disbelief in getting a successful prosecution
Lack of resources for getting help
Distrust of the criminal justice system
Cultural or language barriers

Accordingly, most victims of CSA delay disclosure into adolescence or adulthood or do not report at all.

Is that the same as a decision? The fact that the judge cant give a hard No is disappointing. There is ample evidence to support that he shouldn’t be released on bail.

I hope the judge isn’t being bought off. There is no doubt in my mind that PD is throwing money in every direction. And to anyone and everyone.

Exactly! I think it might be $$$$$$$. I can’t think of a good reason for the judge to allow a third request nor do I understand why the judge ‘has to get an opinion’ about releasing him on bail. He recently and already had to ‘get an opinion’ to lock him up.

More alleged victims have come forward, more leaks and more chatter so releasing him would be in very poor judgement. People will disappear, and/or silenced.
