Yes it does. I would think there would be an odor by that time that the mother would be able to smell, living upstairs.

Family is stating on FB that the two in custody will be arraigned this morning. They also mention the individuals names.

Edited to add: MSM is reporting arraignment as well.

I am so thankful arrests have been made.

Now I must go and prepare for the 42 people who are coming to our home for a belated Christmas lunch/party.

Well at least it is some movement in the case. For this to come about so quickly, I think that others must have known, or suspected what went down here.

I'm glad that the police have made arrests so quickly and these monsters are off the streets.

Justin Mann and James White were arrested Friday night on first-degree murder charges, CBS Albany reported. Both entered a not guilty plea during their arraignment Saturday morning in Troy City Court.

Preliminary hearings for Mann and White are scheduled for January 4.
