Officials say Chen has been diagnosed with dementia and may be in need of medical attention. Anyone who has seen her or has information is asked to call 911.

Sheng Chen was last seen leaving the 3000 block of Church Avenue in Brooklyn at 8:00am on January 28, 2025. Sheng has been diagnosed with Demita and her family is worried for her safety.
