I wonder if this was Kami Lankenau. It seems like she was transient and not in frequent contact with family.

Yeah , there is a picture of her bracelets and her tatoo's ,they sound a similar style. It seems Kami was more free living then homeless, which makes the LULU sweatshirt make more sense. IMO .
