Found Safe NY - Stephen Mabie, 11, Oswego City, Oswego County, 16 Mar 2019 *autism*

Oswego City Police and State Police are searching for an 11-year-old boy with autism.

Police said Stephen Mabie left his home on Niagara Street in Oswego around 6 p.m. on Saturday night.

According to police Stephen was with his mother at home when he left.

Police said he is about 3'6 and weighs 70 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.

Stephen was last seen wearing a gray coat with black pants and black boots.
