Left lower leg: Flag with skull and cross bones- black ink

Decedent was found floating in Onondaga Creek in the city of Syracuse near the Trolley Lot adjacent to West Jefferson Street and The Armory (MOST).

Tan belt with loop buckle
Puma-SportLifestyle-Ferrari- black jacket US size 9
Possible blue- long sleeve thermal shirt- Ferruche originals- size medium

Brown Timberland work boots. Size 10-1/2 M

just doing a namus search for men w/ similar tattoos, this guy has similar tattoos but in all the wrong places no pictures so can't compare that way! I guess if they received tattoo information from a loved one (vs photos/prison booking) they could have gotten positions wrong, but who would imagine a nipple tattoo?
