A vigil and balloon launch was held in her honor as "we're just bringing awareness that this is a dangerous guy. He is on the U.S. Marshals' Most Wanted list. His bail has been raised so we have been getting calls in different calls of him being sighted in certain areas," said Pastor Tim Newkirk of GYC Ministries and the recently-formed CAC Community Action Coalition.

Both Buffalo police and the U.S. Marshals Service have yet to apprehend Whigham, however, despite naming him a person of interest last year. Lott’s family also has not received news on her case in almost a year, said Bishara Lott, Tiara’s uncle.

“It's just unbelievable that such an incident can take place and there are no repercussions as of yet,” Lott said. “It’s a year later. … Law enforcement should be able to provide us with some type of closure.”

So he should have been sentenced a week and a half ago but I can’t find anything about it or any future court dates

I couldn't either, and I tried the court site as well. Here is the link if you want to give it a try. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. MOO

I tried on WebCrims as well as the judge’s court calendar. I do see he’s still in Erie County jail, and I also saw he had just been discharged from parole in August 2020 for a weapons charge.
