Man's remains found in water off Fire Island

Partial remains were pulled from the water Wednesday after being struck by the propeller of a tugboat at about 6:50 a.m.

Sunday, a boater discovered partial remains at about 2:35 p.m. in the same area, police said.

I haven't found LE or MSM confirmation, but according to his fiance', Vitaliy has been located deceased. The article below was linked in a post at the group she set up when he went missing. The groups' name was recently changed as well.
