Wing Sang Tam was last seen on June 28, 2016 in Queens County, New York. Last seen wearing gray/black striped shirt and black pants. Speaks only Taishanese but can understand Cantonese.

Lives in Elmhurst but travels by subway to the Chinatowns in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
