Jilian Teixeria, 24, allegedly grabbed the brown female dog by the ears and chomped down on her head around 6:15 p.m. Saturday on East 86th Street near Lexington Avenue, according to a complaint filed in Manhattan Criminal Court.

She has one prior animal abuse-related bust from March 18 of last year in the Bronx, law enforcement sources said.
Several of her prior arrests are for failure to appear in court in Queens, law enforcement sources said.
During her Manhattan appearance on Monday, prosecutors said she failed to appear 16 times on cases across the Big Apple.
Her other busts, dating back to 2018, have been for assault, menacing, robbery, petit larceny and criminal contempt, sources said.
