I have believed for some time now that Caylee was deceased but seeing it in writing from LE really really hit me hard.

Wow that was really tear jerking just to read it in that way. I can't imagine how hard it must have been to say this or for the GJ to hear all the evidence.

Okay..maybe I am stupid because I still don't get it!! Why does the media insist on saying probably, presumed and most likely etc. when the GJ has ruled Caylee deceased!! Enough is enough! If they will all just say it like it is, maybe some phony tips will dry up and maybe it will get the Anthony's on the road to "getting it" if they don't have people on the fence!! This is driving me crazy..sorry, should have been a rant I guess

How difficult it must have been to have drafted this document knowing all of the facts add up to something that we all struggle to accept.

The reality for all involved will be brought out into the light soon enough and my heart just aches to know that the life of an innocent child - Caylee - has been snuffed out due to the selfishness of her mother. There is no other way to describe it than that. Pure SELFISHNESS! My hope and prayer is that Tim and the group will locate the remains of Caylee when they search again in early November so the Anthony family and all of us that have grown to love Caylee can have some sort of closure. It is the very least that we can do for this precious angel. Caylee didn't deserve this Casey! She was given to you as a gift from God to treasure!

My heart is sad.........

The GJ can't rule anybody deceased. The endictment means there's probable cause to charge Casey with murder. It's now up to the prosecution to prove it in court. Without a body they have to prove Caylee is dead beyond a reasonable doubt and since the evidence was presented in a closed setting we don't know what they actually have.
