One of the websites has a sketch of JonBenet lying with her arms above her head. I was trying to figure out why they would be in that position. Was she strung up somehow, tied to the ceiling? Could a fall have fractured her skull?

I find it hard to believe that the garrote, paint brush particles, etc., were all part of the staging. Someone used them on JonBenet, sexually, cruelly, and then murdered her for a reason.

I think that the ransom note was written to buy the Ramsey's time to try to figure out what to do with JonBenet's body.

They had to get SOMETHING right.

Motive is already provided given the state of JBR's body.

Indeed, that is another reason to doubt the intruder story. A strangulation that doesn't damage the neck internals? A sexual assault that barely does any damage?

Perhaps an artistic rendition used some artistic license? The reason I chose that rendition is it is the one I knew of . Makes one ill to see even the artist rendition. Little hands....I can't hardly bare to think of it.

the artist's drawing probably got it wrong. Why?
Because JB's body was in rigor mortis when found, and the actual crime scene picture had her hands in a totally different position: obviously bent at the elbow, and not straight up.
When coroner Dr. Meyer in the autopsy report stated he had found JB in the living room lying on her back with her arms extended up over her head, maybe her arms in rigor mortis and bent at the elbow, were sticking up in the air?
And didn't John Ramsey even say something like JB's arms being 'crossed' over her body? This would just add to the confusion.

Patsy unbelievable explanations of what she did that morning.

With a closet full of clean designer clothes and wanting to impress her future son in law, Patsy tells us she picked up the dirty clothes she wore yesterday and put them on again.

She also told LE her bathroom was broken and in a house full of 4 to 5 bathrooms she skipped her shower....maybe it was too much work to walk over to the closet and pick out clean clothes or walk down and use another bathroom.

Oh yeah she put on her makeup that morning. Patsy is telling us....I may stink to high heaven and look dirty and wrinkled, but DAMN my face looks good! That ought to impress my future son in law.

This was in response to Steve Thomas asking Patsy why she has her makeup on and wore the same clothes.

Thomas said Patsy never went to bed that night and I believe him.

LOL, I was thinking something similar re. her lack of showering and clothes.
One more thing does it for me though,as far as thinking she never went to bed...it's the pineapple that was left out on the table.How many of us wouldn't have at least put it in the fridge ,or thrown it out if we were going to be gone?I think most of us would have at least done the basics and put it away.It points to something happening bet. the time they got home and before they planned to go to bed,if PR forgot to clean up the kitchen. (assuming she wasn't that slobby).

Yes,I did see the movie,and when I saw that part,I wondered why I watched the movie at all.When they showed the picture,the background voice said it was the last picture of Patsy and JonBenet taken together. As we all know,and saw, the last pic of them together,was the two of them Christmas day morning in their night clothes.The movie had them in the same position as that morning picture,but both wearing red turtle necks.It's not the truth,it's called sensationalism.I was very disappointed in Schiller.

Doesn't sound like they knew,but weren't some of those ppl at the party on the 23rd too?Did the R's have a few things to get straight with some of them before police arrived?JAT.
