I feel like this would really stand out, hopefully they are still traveling in this car and can be quickly spotted.

Anyone understand why there hasnt been an amber alert? I would think kids being taken by their mom and her armed and dangerous boyfriend who has abused the kids would fit the requirement.

It says she is the non custodial parent but is it possible she has visitation? If so, does that make it different in terms of an amber alert?
