Lawrence Lambert, 24, of Toledo, was indicted on Aggravated Murder, two counts of Murder, Endangering Children, and a Felonious Assault charges in the death of his 5-month-old baby, Legend Lambert.

At least Lambert is in custody -- with several serious charges against him. Apparently his own flesh & blood. SMH. Grrrrr. Because Lambert was frustrated...
Why didn't he just go into another room, watch TV, take a walk in the yard or read a damm book?
