I wonder what will happen to the people in between the mother and father who allowed this tragedy to occur. :furious:

You know how that goes. Lots of finger pointing, but no one will acknowlege they made any errors. I have already heard the police chief come out in defense of the dispatcher, he felt that she handled the situation correctly.

Well I hope his child never gets kidnapped while she's on duty!!! He should check out the "bad karma" thread. :snooty:

I'm hoping she does like Jeana suggested- I hope she sues. That is the only way that those policies are going to be changed. When it starts costing them money, then they start seeing how wrong the policy is.

CINCINNATI -- A man found out Tuesday that he's unable to stand trial in connection with his daugther's death.

A psychiatrist said in court that Darius Myrick is not mentally competent to be tried for the murder of his 19-month old daughter, Aliyah.

snip

Myrick was facing a possible death penalty. His future will be determined at a later date.

He is apparently still incompetent as I see no further evidence of a trial and he is not in LE custody.
