The marriage records show it took place in Champaign (County) Urbana, Ohio.

In Champaagne county records, there is a Amanda Rose Kaufman (alias Amanda Rose Shirk) DOB 2/28/87, 38 years old now with arrests and convictions for possession of heroin and cocaine and theft from an elderly person.
