She's charged with murder first degree and felonious assault. Bond continued at 5 million.

Yes. Something about being subject to a deportation order, but the high bond would prevent that from happening. So I guess that means they are illegal aliens.

One was "subject to a deportation order", the other has family in New York.

Bond was set for Chen at $5 million. Bond for Zhao was set at $5 million.

A preliminary hearing has been set for Thursday, Jan. 19 at 11 a.m.
