What a complete utter failure just free passes all around. Are the courts and laws and services failing children all around I really don’t understand why so many are free jmoo

I haven't been able to find much more information about this decision, but can't forget this sweet child's face and can't imagine what he suffered.

I remember watching the live reports the day he was found, and saw a huge crowd of people reacting with anger. At first I thought it was toward police, but when the cameras got closer, you could see the volunteers and residents and police were all hugging each other and crying.
Then the crowd ran toward one of the apartment buildings and it was clear where they were headed. I don't know any more than that.
Rest in peace, little Braylen. I hope you know how much love surrounds you now.

They must not have had the evidence to charge the mother and/or grandmother with homicide. Very sad for this innocent child.
