“[SBM]

In 2018, Rini was arrested and charged with falsification. The bizarre report from Norton Police Department reads,

A 22-year-old man called for help Nov. 29 using the vehicle’s OnStar system but was vague in the details. Police arrived at a Wadsworth Road parking lot and got a vague report from the man about some acquaintances he’d picked up who started fighting in the car. He didn’t produce a driver’s license but gave a name and Social Security number. The car itself belonged to a car dealership and was allegedly on an overnight test drive. However, the actual owner of the name and Social Security number used called police dismayed at receiving a citation in the mail, suspecting his brother had used his identity in the incident. The brother, Brian Michael Rini, was in the Medina County Jail at the time and was charged with falsification as well as the original traffic citation.

Rini was sentenced to 18 months in prison in January 2018 in connection to the house party case, with credit for 132 days already served. He was ordered to submit his DNA after that conviction, which would have put it into the FBI’s national database.

ETA: So in the case above, it appears BMR had his brother’s SSN memorized.

ETA2: According to the original report from Norton Police Department (linked below), the incident itself took place on Nov. 29, but BMR was not arrested until Jan. 15, presumably after his brother got the citation in the mail, and by then BMR was already in the county jail on another charge, IMO:

I’m so sad for Timmothy’s family, what a horribly cruel thing to do. I hope that this being back in the spotlight might lead to resolution of this case.

I don't get it. He was arrested multiple times. So they didn't check his fingerprints??
A reporter on WCPO said the person had refused to allow police to take his fingerprints. She said he didn't 'agree' to giving his DNA, they got it.

He was in prison for burglary and vandalism, so looks like Gitana called it about 10 pages ago. Probably breaking into cars and got caught so used this story. Ugh.

Four charged for partying in Brunswick Hills model home

Four men have been charged and arraigned on felony burglary and vandalism counts after they allegedly broke into a vacant home for sale in Brunswick Hills Township and trashed it during a party in June.

A representative from Parkview Homes, who owns the residence, reported June 17 she had shown a house to a man, later identified as Brian Rini, 22, of Massillon, on Stag Ticket Lane June 15 and was interested in putting in an offer, according to Brunswick Hills Police. The man and some friends reportedly showed up to the home the evening of June 16 and left the next morning; the representative thought Rini may have entered the home by looking over her shoulder when she punched in the security code.

A neighbor reported Rini approached her June 16 and said he had purchased the home and was having friends over that evening. Police found marijuana, food and garbage throughout the residence, including remains of a glass table that had broken.

Police report the builder reported significant damage to the residence, totaling around $1,200, including damage to the floor and gouges in the staircase and drywall, which possibly occurred when the suspects were moving furniture into the basement for the party. In addition, the company would no longer be able to market the house as “new construction” as someone had spent the night in it, which could lead to a loss of several thousand dollars of sale price.

A man, found to be Cordell Burton, 22, of Cleveland, reportedly had a video on his Facebook page identifying himself and several others there that evening. A food stamp card belonging to Christopher Carson, 23, of Medina, was reportedly found at the scene.

Another man, Divante Murray, 20, of Cleveland, made posts that were as of Aug. 11 still on his Facebook page advertising a party at a “$400,000 home” giving the same address at the entered residence and telling everyone to “B.Y.O.D.”

This guy sure roams around a lot to party. Massillon is quite a distance from Brunswick Hills (locally called "Bruns-tucky"). Then he's over in Medina, now down in Cincinnati. JMO, this guy is doing a lot of drugs, meth maybe? Are these guys trafficking on a small scale or just driving long distances to score?

Was this guy interacting with police because he really wants to get out of the lifestyle or what? No other benefit to it that I can figure.

ETA: When I saw the photo of him when they thought he was the missing boy, I thought he looked a little old for age 14. Didn't want to be a wet blanket, though. Some people do crazy things. o_O:mad:

LMAO, TOO MUCH! It's cocktail time folks. UGH

Lol, imagine LEvwhen he didn’t want to give fingerprints.
Clue #1.
Guess he has spent a lot of time googling MP cases in the event he got arrested. He forgot about prints & dna.
I’d like to see him do some major time for this charade but I don’t much likelihood in Kenton county, unless things are s l o w for the DA.
Moo

Anyone low enough to put Tim's family through this likely isn't a kid either. My bet, as I said a few times, is he is 18+.
Called it all along. Just said on Fox he is actually 23. <modsnipped>

This is so indescribably and unfathomably cruel. I have no words.

The ONLY good thing that may come out of this is the increased media attention, and distribution of Timmothy’s name and picture may generate new leads and get him home. One can only hope.
