Hey everyone! It’s been a crazy couple of weeks with information coming in that I was unaware of. It will be covered in my episode with John Hurst. Thank you to everyone that sent questions for John!! Now I have a bit of information that just came to me today. I was talking to the PI on Brian’s Case and he received something interesting in the mail. I have his permission to share this with you. He received a letter with no return address, but with some contents. The envelope and the letter were both typed. The only identifying thing from the letter is the postal stamp(which I can’t disclose yet). The contents and the letter give the PI reason to believe Brian is alive. I will update with more once I have it, but this sounds very promising. I’m not trying to be cryptic just trying to wait until we have more details. The information in the past week has been more promising than anything we have ever heard before. BTW I do have some of the sighting pics that were sent to the PI over the years. I can share if everyone would like, but trust me when I say none of these people are Brian. There is no resemblance IMO.

Is cpd refusing to release pictures from inside the construction area because this is an “active” investigation or were none ever taken? That really would clear up a lot and what negative effect could it have?

I can't access and listen to any of Kelly's late podcasts , or the missing in ohio ones. They seem to be taken down from podbean, maybe they are being edited and stuff. Hopefully, it's just temporary...

I got an error message when I clicked the Dead or Alive link . Is there another way to access the podcasts? Also, I was thinking there was a FB page for Brian. I may be wrong about that though.

There is this FB group called Comeback, but no activity since last year, 2018.
Comeback

I guess I’m confused, is the podcast called DEAD OR ALIVE or COMEBACK ?

On iTunes it says temporarily unavailable

Yeah, the podcast are uploaded to an account on podbean and from there they are "routed" elsewhere, so you take'em down on podbean they're gone elsewhere too.

The only "hope" is that she has changed podcast publisher from podbean to someone else and she's transferring data....

Dead or alive is the latest, we were expecting a new episode mid december like. Donno what happened though, her facebook which I can't post here I've learned the hardway, sais she was going too cooperate with Hurst and a guy named Sam Provenzano to broadcast larger scale. Maybe that's in the works and the older material is being edited or taken down. The likelihood of that however...

Comeback is the one from 2018 with Nick. And then she did one in between on Brian called missing in ohio, ep. 8.

Thanks, I can’t seem to keep up with all that. Isn’t there a Missing In Ohio FB? I’ll go look.

That one is apparently no longer, or I have the wrong title?
But the Brian Shaffer March For The Missing FB is still active. Are we not allowed to link to that one? Is it because Looking4Brian isn’t a verified insider? I’m not a Facebooker so not that familiar with the rules.

You are not? I thought you were a moderator in the beginning, :)
I was nicely told to read the rules when posting a reddit comment, and a facebook post was deleted with comments. Donno, I think they've got spyware or people report u quick as *ell. Try and we'll see what happens.

Actually meant stores smarty pants. Why would there be evidence of Brian making it back to his apartment and who said he was killed there? Clean clothes? lol Why do you have a theory as to why he changed clothes. Who said anything about a planned after party? FYI I think Brian is dead and was killed that night and not at his apartment.
I'm trying to understand your theory. If he made it back to his apartment, why did he leave again? Did he go somewhere voluntarily?
-
The clean clothes angle would apply if he slept at his apartment and went somewhere the next morning
-
As for the after party, we've learned (in the preceding pages) that Brian had planned a get together with several people whom he hadn't seen in a while. He was supposed to call them when he arrived at his apartment, but he never did.

Fair question and since I haven't said what I think happened it would be very hard to understand. If I did say what I think happened I'm sure it would get deleted. I have a detailed explanation as to what I think happened and why I think it happened the way it did. I do think he left voluntarily and not long after he got home. I think he was dead within a very short period of time. What ever he had planned after he got home didn't make a difference. Once he got home he was persuaded to leave. Is it OK for me to post a link on here that would direct people to my theory?

Go ahead and post it; if the mods don't like the source, it will get scrubbed

I suggest reporting your post asking this question, so a mod will see it and answer you directly. Better to do that IMO than have a post and any replies to it require cleaning up.

It better be a good theory if you are going to disturb a moderator like that...

no but seriously they don’t like reddit posts and individual facebook post.
You can’t even quote them.

But if someone writes I think this happened ...🤬🤬🤬 it’s under freedom of speech act, they can’t possibly delete that? Maybe foul language and verbal assault would aggrevate sure, then it’s under their rules.

If we can’t discuss our theories in detail here then what’s the whole purpose .

What Brian had planned would matter because he was supposed to call his friends upon arriving home. If someone else persuaded Brian to leave, that person must have had a very short window of time. If the person wasn't waiting for Brian at the apartment, then the person would have needed to arrive within a minute or two of Brian's arrival.

I think we'll see another podcast eventually. The podcasts are useful in generating interest in the case, but I don't think they'll solve it. If Brian died in the construction site and became entombed, then no one knows what happened to him. If he made it out of the complex, miraculously avoiding all cameras, then he was probably murdered by some lowlife--maybe some crackhead who just didn't like his looks--in which case only the killer would know what happened.

I would like to see someone interview the people who spent time with Shaffer while he was in Puerto Rico. Those people wouldn't have any direct knowledge of his disappearance, but they might know whether he had experimented with drugs, whether he had gotten into confrontations with strangers, etc.
