He obviously is the type to join LE since he like to have POWER and CONTROL and that is the only reasons, which is not a reason to join LE!
That is so cruel and horrible! If it were my cat or dog, you don't want to know what i'd do to him!

We can look for him as future serial killer of the year and that's about it.

They need to have a registry for these sick 's!

That way we can keep an eye on the registry as these sickos who can torture animals like that are only practicing for when they move on to people.

Some serial killers have and the profile of them will be that some of them show interest in being LE for the control and power of it.

They need to keep an eye on the man, make him into a study and don't let him know, and we'll see how he moves onto serial killing. argh :furious:

IMO, if someone tortures an animal, they need to be charged the same as if they torture a human.
Anyone sick enough to do something like that to someone's pet will certainly do it to a human.
At least make it into a Felony so that they will do prison time. They need to do prison time.
These people are cowards and belong in prison so they can get a beat down and see what it's like.
That's why their victims are innocent defenseless creatures, it'd be the same as if they did something to children, who are also innocent and defenseless. Most people consider their pets their children.

They should face some charges too.

MeoW333--I couldn't agree more--there should be a registry. Thank you, Josh, for giving us an update.

I've posted in the Mohler Case thread about what our children's rapist did to our poor pets for his sick thrills and to terrorize our children. Animal abuse is almost always a precursor to human abuse. I worry so much about the poor kitties who live in our rapist's new neighborhood. He was locked up for 10 years but he never accepted any treatment. He's not a healthy guy.

I go to Craigslist's "Lost and Found" in Eugene, OR everyday....just trolling to see if I see a trend. We all need to be vigilant.

I think a registry for these sick animal killers is a great idea, MeoW....I'm serious -- I think it would be a good investigative tool for LE.

Too bad they can't make these sickos wear a scarlet letter.

As far as the two girls go i do not blame them for not saying anything at the time. This kid is about 6'5'' and if i were either of those girls i would fear what he would do to me after seeing what he did to that cat.

As far as him being in LE ever again he could go through all the schooling but given the extensive background checks that are done he would never ever get a job.

Mr. Tough Guy, that doesn't suprise me. I haven't even seen a picture of him, I didn't realize he was a big guy.

Yes, He was just removed last friday so from the time of the incident until then he was in school. Although I only saw him once getting food so I am sure he was probably staying in his room quite a bit.
