I just wanted to let everyone know.. I had a phone conversation with Charlie Snyder from Ohio BCI yesterday. I was informed that BCI only ASSISTED in the investigation. Any decisions whether to close the case or re-open it lies soley on the Medina County Sheriffs Dept. and prosecutor Thompson. Any evidence or leads that may be "new" are directed soley to them.

I would not get any hopes up that this will ever be re-opened and fully investigated as long as Prosecutor Thompson is in office as it would show incompetence in the initial investigation.

So he was able to take a picture with his phone that was “dead” when he was at the movie theater? That was the reason Costello says he sent the message to Victoria because Bryons phone was dead, but this is clearly a pic of the lobby of the movie theater

We have no definitive time stamp yet. The only date/time on the file is the extraction.

It is difficult to tell if that is daylight from the exit doors or fluorescent lights. Too pixelated on my phone but it also appears that many of the people have on short sleeves without any discernible coats they are carrying so perhaps this isn’t from the night in question. Is that a clock on the wall straight ahead above the party room, big circle with lights around it, I can’t tell?

If that picture was really taken off Bryon's phone, is it possible he used it as proof he was somewhere he wasn't? I've always thought the movie story was strange, no ticket stubs, no security footage, Costello saying the parking lot was empty and the official release date of Rogue One was Friday December 16th, IF they got into an early screening wouldn't it have been a midnight showing and not a 10:20 PM showing as it's been reported?

I have a corrected statement.. Victoria just told me that she does remember an early preview showing at 10:20 and as she previously stated, theboriginal plan was for Bryon and Victoria to see the movie, so movie time was looked up by her.

I believe so also. I went the following week on thursday and it was still half packed at that time.
Also of note, if you recall the pictures of his vehicle(posted on the InvisibleShips website) they have pictures of the garbage can by the beach, with what looks to be a newer blue plastic bag. Contents or any statement they retrieved it were never disclosed.
