Details of Disappearance
Dixon was last seen on Shorb Avenue northwest in Canton, Ohio on July 5, 1992. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

Another missing pregnant woman, Once again they should look to the presumed father of her unborn child.

The Akron Beacon-Journal, 14 May 95, pg 1. This article talks about Carmella's sister's efforts to keep her family (including the children of siblings, with Ms. Carmella mentioned) in the midst of many tragedies.

I note that Carmella is mentioned in the article as being missing sine June 1992. The article also says the family calls her "Carmen".

Unfortunately, there isn't much information shared about Carmella Dixon, a young woman who went missing years ago, never to return.

Bumping up for Carmella. It's sad that more information on her case is not available. If she was pregnant, I wonder about the relationship she was in. I wonder what her family thinks happened and how well police investigated in 1992.

Also of note, the age when she went missing is listed in some places as 25 and others as 27.
