Charlotte is The Charley Project's Missing Person of the Week.

Not much of a mystery here. Always a bitter pill to swallow when the prime suspect escapes justice, in this life at least.

Charlotte resembles a Jane Doe found in Norman, Oklahoma in 1981.

I think we all know what likely happened to Charlotte. I did submit an FOIA request for her, just on the off chance that there's more to the story than we suspect. Since this case is very likely a murder cold case, I highly doubt that they will give me much of anything, but I at least wanted to try.

Both Darcy and Charlotte were petite women, so I'm wondering if maybe Morris had a type. Also I'm wondering if Darcy was pregnant and that provoked the alleged stabbing in the abdomen and back. If so, could be that's what happened to Charlotte. jmo

I got the case file this morning for Charlotte. Not too much in it. Looks like there was a re-file in 2015 in order to get DNA sampling. It did say that foul play was suspected, which we all know already. Beyond that, there's not much else.
