My advice to this family after our family experienced LE nonsense , is they have to remember that is your loved one , he or she has a name , they deserve to live out their life until God recalls them, to the police your loved one is a case number , a faceless case file that probably only gets opened when new evidence walks in the door, god forbid if they have to go out and investigate , reinterview, the problem is everyday new cases come in and your loved ones case is getting pushed to the bottom, remember on the missing list for the Dayton Ohio area has three other Riverside residents who have been missing a long time, are they thought or spoken about , absolutely NO,
What this family needs to do is to continue what they did last night with the balloon vigil, they need to visit that detective everyday and stay in his or her face, make them realize your not going away and only one way will stop me is closing the case

What the LE needs to redo is the interviews of everyone to see if there is any incontisistances , have forensics go over her SUV again, interview your so called prime suspect in a police sit down again, get a large white board and retrace the victims movements before, the fateful day, and days after

As I see it in the Coker case, the police want some else to solve this case....

I am dead serious, take a good look at the Dayton Ohio missing persons list, the list grows but never shrinks ..
You tell me with a dept made up of 18 LE personnel, there is not enough time in a day with the crime level in this small city, our little city is not named Mayberry

The age old saying the squeaky wheel gets the grease, so I stand by everything I said..

Right-the cops are just sitting around doing nothing; because they don’t know what they’re doing.

I take the comment in post #285; not as sarcasm but as the truth

I have studied the their actions for the month of Oct 2018, and their lack of seriousness cost them the recovery of important evidence..

Who ever heard waiting seven days to search a potential crime scene, OMG, identifying a man a prime suspect long before you have a case, they better hope he’s guilty of what they accuse or he is in civil lawsuit heaven..OMG

This upcoming search this weekend is being handled different , they will meet at the church and car pool to the search area in Riverside and they talk about the searchers bringing their own lunch

The problem is you're basing your opinion on only what's been in the news and on facebook. We only know a tiny percentage of what LE has done, is doing, what they have and what they don't have. LE has to go by the law. In many ways their hands are tied. I'm sure there are things they wish they could do differently but they have to follow proper procedure. If you would research some of the hundreds of missing/murder cases here you will see how common these procedures are and how long it takes.

No, it’s sarcasm.

The hooded figure isn't Cheryl. She's short, between 5'2" and 5'3" and smaller frame. The build was of a man based on the two videos and the eye witnesses. Note that we only heard one of the eye witnesses in a 911 call and he said it was a man. Another witness was a neighbor and I think that person positively ID'd Bill.

Bones found along Mad River in Dayton are going to coroner’s office for testing

No word yet on this, but the location isn’t far at all from Cheryl’s home. Maybe a 10-15 min drive. Very possible that a body could have made it down the mad river from locations right by her home as well.

That is a high traffic location. Bike path and large homeless population. This is also the area that I commented on in a earlier post. This area was also one location from a astrologists website. Strange.

Ugh, this is like the third body found since Cheryl has gone missing that turned out not to be her or related. May those victims rest in peace, and now it's sadly animal bones that caused a lot of people's hearts to sink in to their stomachs until they heard it was a false alarm. I feel so bad for her loved ones and friends- this up and down, found some evidence, weather not cooperating during many searches, several bodies found not hers- what an emotional roller coaster for them all.

Then explain why if LE had named William as a POI , what was the hurry to name him prime suspect number one, if the police had anything worth wild he would have been arrested by now, I really think upgrading him to suspect was next to one of the most stupid things they did, next to waiting 7 days to search the home after she was initially reported missing..

And what is the link or source that states the individual seen in black hoodie was a male...

https://www.whio.com/news/local/che...husband-named-suspect/Liz1WSjrYEG2ynL1GHk8fP/

At 11:13 a.m., a citizen called 911 to report a suspicious white male dressed in all black with his hood pulled up.

Surveillance video from Spinning Hills Middle School shows a male, who police say is suspected of being the same man who exited the vehicle, walking on school property and toward the back of the Coker residence. The man is wearing all black and white gloves.

Thanks for the link , but if this is all they got they got no wonder why they haven’t arrested the suspect, I think the initial handling and waiting seven days to search the residence was a spark of genius.

At this point if Cheryl doesn’t turn up either deceased or alive he is going to live a long happy life, and if they don’t act in the near future I hope he sues them, for violating his civil rights...

And I see Montgomery Cty has a Cold Case Thursday today the link is on both tv internet sites where they highlight a old case, and I see Cheryl’s case heading that way...

That missing persons case Timmothy Pitzen is a sad case, especially when you have a dirtbag trying impersonate and claim he’s the missing boy, he’s a released felon and I hope the legal system puts this dirtbag away for a very long time

It’s a damn shame our missing persons list in this country looks like a NYC phonebook, that we don’t need punks like this getting the hopes up of the family, may he rot in hell "........

I'm just back from checking a location near my home. I see why they keep some of the searching professional. I found hundreds of possible pieces of evidence in my mind. It's pretty creepy how many pairs of panties I found. I also found lots of socks, undershirts, mens underwear and obvious animal bones. I have not ruled out the area but it highly unlikely because of all the foot traffic from fishers and homeless.
