The reason for my post was that I highly did not appreciate the verbage of ( aliens) or ( Russians) , it angered me very much.....

My postings about my theory’s of Cheryl voluntarily walking away, comes from reviewing our posts until my eyes bled, reviewing others sites, living in Riverside and within a one mile circle of the Coker residence.....

This case has weird from day one, and YES I believe the police would do a ruse or fake story out there to draw out the truth, I believe they would that to make someone’s comfort zone , uncomfortable, and more apt shoot their mouth off .....

So before anyone wants to discount this theory, take the time to really review this case, ....and don’t believe everything as gospel...
While I do not agree sometimes with your posts, I just want to say thank you very much for posting on Cheryl's thread daily and keeping the conversation going, keeping Cheryl in the spot light, Tim. You are amazing for doing this, and being a local, you have given us some excellent insight about the area and happenings there. So, thank you for that. Thank you for your compassion towards Cheryl.

I wish more of our locals could share their insights. Do we have anyone who knew Cheryl that could become a Verified Insider? There's been so much talk of an open marriage. Where did that originate from? From our prime suspect and his girlfriend? I know Cheryl was seeing and interested in a man before she was murdered but she had filed for divorce. So do we know for a fact Cheryl was seeing other men during their marriage before she filed for divorce? And if Cheryl was okay with an open marriage, then why file for divorce knowing how that could affect her school age daughter still at home? Why not just stay in the 'open marriage' at least until the daughter moved out on her own?

I was reviewing other find Cheryl sites and the one that posted screen shots of Cheryl’s postings dated from Sept 2018, there was one that is puzzling, it’s dark and she is referencing the term “ Gaslighting”, the definition of this word is dark, makes you wonder what was thinking....

One other issue that’s been driving me nuts, after reading the events of the day she went missing.......why would her SUV be abandoned in the Kroger parking lot?????...

Driving around the area within a mile circle of the Cristy Lane home ( I figured a mile radius to allow for walking distance from car to home)...
Within that radius is a few shopping plazas, that would have worked, the individual who dumped the SUV that day I am surprised it was not abandoned on the side of the boarded up old KMart store, which borders a small wooded area, actually this area is about a 1/4 mile walk to Cheryl’s home......

Or was Kroger selected due to the fact that her mom lives across the street , within eye shot of where the SUV was found......

I just can’t figure out why Kroger was selected, due to high visibility
And a ancient surveillance camera....

So with my theory , was it staged this way, so the impression of a crime touch place, to cover up her real intention.....

The more I review her posts dated in Sept 2018, they sure paint a hidden dark side, and one of those posts was the gaslighting comments..

Weird.......

IMO the Krogers lot was chosen because of the high traffic there. The more vehicles and people the less possibility of it being noticed right away. If they hadn't been able to track it through her phone, think how long before it would've drawn attention.

Not to mention that sometimes you just can't look at things a murderer chose to do from the perspective of a normal human being and say "It doesn't make sense to do that". It doesn't make sense to murder another person, but they did it. Somethings you can't rationalize. JMO.

When I spoke of our neighborhood being unsafe, came to attrition last night, we had a man stab a woman not far from my home, steal a car and crash it down the street from me, then it gets ugly, the man managed to overpower a Riverside Police officer and steal his police car, but before it was over the suspect hit numerous cars injuries 10 individuals and hit a mini van full of children coming from a soccer game , 2 of the children were killed, three others in critical..
All because a “fine upstanding resident” of Riverside decided to be a a&*hole....

With crime happening like this , our small city of Riverside doesn’t have the time or resources to investigate crimes such as the Coker case

I don’t have to watch that TV show C.O.P.S. On tv it happens right outside my window......good grief......

Update from police, the suspect had stabbed his father numerous times, the suspect was released from prison 3 weeks ago, and the two children he killed when he rammed the stolen Riverside Police cruiser into their minivan at 97 MPH , as reported by investigators, were two six year old girls...two best friends

I have spoken with friends in Riverside and yes they agree cases like the Coker case unless solved right away get pushed into the bottomless pit, because of the serious crimes that occur here everyday.

I am not sure about the crime level in Cheryl’s neighborhood , but I know Cheryl’s mom lives in a neighborhood very close to me so the crime statistics are high...

Oh that is so sad, those poor darling girls, may they rest in peace. How horrific for the parents. I just don't know what else to say- my thoughts and prayers are with both families.

Absolutely the truth, Elliot. Whoever did this to Cheryl, was in my opinion, very smart. They somehow managed to hide enough evidence that she has not been found. That poor woman and her family. How we all wish that Cheryl was found, sooner than later. My heart goes out to her mother- imagine the devastation of knowing your daughter is out there somewhere and LE can't find her. The not knowing is absolute torture for families.

I wish I had time to read back...but I don't. Can anyone update me on when/how this got changed to deceased from missing? Very sad case.

I mentioned it last week and alerted my post to mods.
Deceased/Not Found - OH - Cheryl Coker, 46, Riverside, 2 Oct 2018 #2
Since LE has said this is a homicide investigation back in February I wonder if the thread should be changed to 'Deceased, not found'? Not sure how that's determined. Will alert my post so mods can decide.

Police: Husband is ‘only suspect’ in Coker homicide investigation

snip

Riverside Police spoke with media Tuesday saying the disappearance of Cheryl Coker is now a homicide investigation.

snip

Investigators also said Tuesday newly discovered evidence led them to the conclusion that this is a homicide investigation but would not specify what that evidence is.

Thank you! I was hoping there had been an arrest or a named suspect.

That’s a great question, when did they change that status, I can’t figure out what evidence they would have to make that conclusion....
They did not find 5 1/2 quarts of blood in the home, or a sticky note on the refrigerator, stating she’s dead......

You would think if this status change would have evolved in an arrest by now, or is their so called evidence against another person, other than William....

Theory, is it possible that the FBI found evidence of a homicide but in a different location or city, and the investigation is on going.....just curious, I have a tendency to dig deep or troubleshoot throughly to ensure i am correct in my process.....

I don't have any answers to your questions but I chuckled thinking about Bill asking himself these questions every day.

The husband was named a prime suspect, but so far, no arrest has occurred.

Even digging through past posts and trying to figure out what evidence do the police have she’s deceased, ....if you read up on the human body, our bodies contain 5 1/2 quarts of blood, and when the body dies your body will urine or poop , or throw up any food just consumed prior, so if she died in the home , there would be a mess.....and does anyone know if the police brought cadeaver dogs through the home or property, these dogs are trained to catch the smell of death , and all the house cleaning in the world will mask that smell from a dog....

Take my word for it, after being part of the USAF aircraft crash recovery team, the smell of death is horrible......

I noticed in the original articles that the FBI was involved, was it the locally based team, or did they locate evidence in another city or state that indicates she’s deceased..

Believe me if they found evidence of death in that home, they would have never turned the home back over to him so quickly....

The police naming William the prime suspect back in February, too me, seemed like putting the cart before the horse, doesn’t make any sense....

I think they did that back in February, hoping that statement or title as “suspect” would have shaken the tree, I think they tried a bluff and it failed.....

The one year anniversary is about 33 days out, and with Christmas coming in about 115 days approx, means winter is rapidly approaching and with the foliage starting to fall the chances of finding any new evidence or body outside is Nil...

And my opinion the day in February when they named him suspect, he was not fazed, nervous, life goes on.....so I will stick to my theory he knows she left on her own, and guilty of nothing, and keeping the real story to himself so he does not hurt the daughters feelings, like he told WHIO in a interview...

I think it was determined later that FBI was not involved but BCI was. Does anyone know or remember what happened to Cheryl's SUV after it was searched? Was it returned to the home? If it was in Cheryl's name I don't know if LE would be obligated to turn it over to Bill.
