If you're owed a refund, the government does not penalize you for not filing or filing late unless you wait over 3 years. At that point you can still file but you forfeit your refund.

Also, I don't think the police can just bring him in and hold him for 96 hours like mentioned above. They would have to charge him with something, right? JMO.
Theoretically, they can bring him in and not charge him. However, if he doesn't already have an attorney he would obtain one and that attorney would tell police to charge my client or let him go. The other suggestions of continued harassment at his job and elsewhere would also raise the hackles of an attorney.

I have two things, my first is a hyperthercal question, it’s been 99 days today since Cheryl went missing and Mr Bill is a POI, I realize the police took his statement but not a official interview as per a article I read, my worry is, let’s say Mr Bills current girlfriend decides to break it off with him, since she has been with him long before Cheryl’s disappearance and I would bet she knows what happen, the hyperthercal part is what if Mr Bill decides to make her disappear too, just like Cheryl, to protect himself, has anybody worried or thought the same thing, I will use my term they probably had a lot of pillow talk.
Since 2 oct, I realize the police have executed search warrants, many interviews, and Forenzenics normally take about 6 weeks max, with no further evidence, and the lack of a body, what are the police waiting for, I think unless Cheryl’s location is know, they won’t get much more,
I think waiting much longer endangers the minor child, girlfriend, or anyone within arms reach of his inner circle. Any thoughts?

Right after he lied about the missing $4000, then the article stated he hurt himself at work with forklift did report, then stated did not happen at work, I am going through all the sources and articles to reverfiy
I think he retracted the hurt at work issue because he could have been terminated over that

Does anyone know exactly what police have to date, that could indict mr bill, or is there another suspect and mr Bill is a rue not to spook the other

Where did you see that he retracted his statement to police about how he was injured?? I've never seen that anywhere.

Agree, can't find. Tooltime...Where did you read this?

I did find this paragraph which was contained in a four page diary, and I write exactly as written
“ police also sought to obtain William Coker’s employer several records, including interior and exterior. Surveillance video for certain days, and times, information about work injuries and the entirety of his personnel file, the affidavit attached to the search request sent to Coker’s employer referenced scabson Williams elbows observed during an interview, and swollen knuckles observed during another interview, Coker according to the affidavit, said he injuries his left hand in a forklift injury at work, but did not report the injury”
This was typed exactly from the reference, I had saw another reference and still trying to retrieve it, that William did not operate forklifts at work that injuries did not occur at work, as reported to police
So basically he lied on a police report

What is this 4-page diary??? Whose diary? You said he retracted his claim. This hasn't been stated anywhere in any news article. Coworkers on FB have said that given his position at Costco, he would not be a person who ever drives a forklift.

The family has stated he is the ONLY person of interest. They are the ones who are privy to what the police know. The police have said he's the only POI. So when they say he's the one and only, I believe them.

When I saw the breaking news article today I was not sure what it meant, has anybody seen this happen before in other cases,
Question is this the process before grand jury?

That is the news item from today, the only part that bothers me is that second to last sentence bothers me, and that statement by Mr Bill which starts “I wish I knew” is such a empty statement from him, when this finally comes to head which seems shortly, that minor child is going to be devastated....oh boy..........

Yeah-and he “loves and misses” her, but still moved his girlfriend into the house. He is unbelievable!

I wonder who he is going to miss more , when he’s wearing prison orange, his new girlfriend will be named “bubba”

I'm no expert but I don't believe there's any more indication that they are closer to an arrest. It's pretty standard to file multiple court documents in these cases. The fact that they're sealed just makes it that more frustrating.

The article linked said that the documents were investigatory. Whether this is related to Grand Jury activity is unknown as that process is not public.

Either one of two things happened, namely reporters are checking for new document filings every day or a little birdie tipped them off that documents were filed. This could be insignificant or significant and it may not have any other purpose or it may be used to try to provoke some reaction i.e. ramp up pressure. We just have to wait it out and see what might drop.

The type of documents were sealed also, so no one has any real guesses as to what these are. They could be all sorts of things. He could be named as an official suspect. It could be warrants for arrest. It could be more search warrants. It could be... a million things. As for grand jury, all documents pertaining to that process are already automatically sealed and aren't filed in this sort of way.

Tooltimetim: can you please answer the questions we asked you about your statements regarding a retraction by Bill regarding his injuries and about this 4-page diary you're typing from?

That makes sense, so I take the a “freedom of information act request” would go nowhere.

Plus I have reread today’s news numerous times and that second to last sentence is scary, I interperet that statement and I am only guessing they (that the police ) don’t have enough to present

So if I understand these files are filed to preserve case to date, and prevent leakage.
But I wish when the police ask the public’s help which they do in almost every case, that they share and keep the public aware of status, were all taxpayers, we support our local towns and authority, keeping things secret is wrong

That 4 page document I was quoting from, please look on page 28, message #556, I can’t get my iPad to transfer the entire link, so I provided website location, and as per retraction of his statement I saw that on a news story, I am trying to retrieve it.
In today’s story, they state no was arrested or named as suspect, we’ll isn’t a POI a politically correct way of calling someone a suspect today, what’s the difference
