<modsnip: quoted post was removed>

Hmm-he calls his son his “nephew” at Costco, where they both work, probably because close family member can’t work at the same store. $10 says the sons know what Bill did with Cheryl, and how her car got moved.

I live near Cheryl’s home and I drove down Linden Ave, and I saw something that made me think, that fateful day, is it possible that he placed Cheryl in a storage unit until he could find a more permanent solution,
Does anyone know if Mr a Bill rents a storage locker, or and I will include, what if one of his boys had a storage locker, which would make more sense because the day the police came calling he would not have to worry since let’s say(assume) that one of his boys have a locker, the police probably wouldn’t think to check there,
Let’s use this theory, the day MrBill is suspected of kidnapping and harming Cheryl, I think him putting her body in a locker until the dust settles and he finds the most perfect spot, and if the police were keeping a eyeball on Mr Bill, his two boys could have relocated Cheryls body permanently, this way Mr Bill can say there is no surveillance of him anywhere in the area making a day or night body deposit
I do agree with jmoose, I think the sons know a lot,

General question, has anyone wondered why Costco still has Mr Bill on the payroll, let’s see police visits to work place, falsification of a work related injury, family working there and trolled the workplace and got a girlfriend as a married man, doesn’t Costco have a ethics clause, as a company , and he lied about the injury, what else has he lied about.
I don’t know for sure but I bet Cheryl’s friends are dogging this guy everywhere including work, his status of POI should have met immediate termination, if not that the injury claim, false, these big companies or any company do not like the idea of maybe OSHA paying them a visit, which normally results in the company writing a big check and undo tv air time, any thoughts?????

Yeah, I wonder if the sons and maybe their wives or girlfriends are the other "men and women" involved in their lives that LE is referring to.

I can only speculate, but I think Costco's thinking it's best to not rock the boat with their employee, who is clearly being investigated thoroughly and extensively by LE, and I'm sure Costco is bending over backwards providing LE with every request. Keeping appearances of normalcy can only benefit everyone involved, and at the very least keep him from being a flight risk if he has too much time on his hands.

Just want to clarify that William's sons do not share his last name, so his sons were probably from a previous relationship, and not from a prior marriage. One's initials is CW. Can anyone here who has specifics PM me the son's name?

I do disagree, I think it’s totally wrong that Costco is keeping him on the payroll, overall I think it is a safety issue for their other employees, plus his fellow coworkers are tied up in police statements and any future court proceedings.
Remember he used a injury not committed on the job and told police he did, we all know he lied about that and the crime, and remember his character, he lies to his daughter everyday
And I am only guessing , but I do believe that Cheryl’s closest friends are shadowing this guy, to make him nervous , and with the hope he’ll slip up, and I don’t blame them if they are.
I realize Costco is a large company but what if friends of Cheryl start resigning their memberships at this store due to his employment

I was also thinking that Mr Bill depending who was hired first either his son or him lied on the initial job application, there would be a section labelled as do you have family members working at Costco, so one of them lied on e application and the second carried the lie on, Costco as a company doesn’t show me much for ethics and having “people” on the payroll with integrity issues,
Honestly, I was going to start the new year with a Costco membership , but as long as he is working there I will not support a company in using my dollars to pay his salary, integrity to me is everything, I guess 26 years in the military and being a First Sergeant , molded me today.

Question, trying to piece together what his sons do for a living, we know one works at Costco, what does the second son do?
I just wondering if the other son’s work and Just assuming deal with any type of job that could help Mr Bill dispose of a body, example construction, heavy equipment, etc....
It may odd but MrBill had help with Cheryl’s disappearance and I feel he seems very cocky comfortable that nobody will ever find her

To my fellow sleuths who are familiar with the makeup of family and friends,
Does anyone know if William has a friend who is a independent long haul over the road trucker, let’s say he knew someone like this what a better way to dispose of Cheryl’s body 1000’s of miles from here.
William seems like the type of guy who consistently needs friends either male or female around him, for some “security blanket”, that’s why ask about the above does anyone know if it’s possible, and at this point anything is possible

Is there any things going on that are posted by the other groups trying to resolve this issue, ex. People at the home who would not normally be there, identity’s of his sons, occupation of the other son, is William still seeing the same girlfriend, has he disappeared off the grid for periods of time other than work, does he still have all his weapons, did “ mrs” girlfriend assume new title and Cheryl’s place,

Other than Wyome post on Tuesday , And my posts, are thought we were trying to solve this jig saw puzzle, I know I have asked a lot of questions but this is how things get solved, I have checked the Riverside Pd Facebook and the info is old and very vague, it’s been well over a 100 days, a new year and I get the feeling William has this cocky arrogance that he got away with something, do the police read our site for ideas , new directions, or fresh ideas,
I think without a body at this point Cheryl’s case is ice cold, there are too many missing people who want to be found , in my families case it took over 30 years but my moms aunt can rest now, we cannot give up on cheryl

I disagree that this case is cold-have a look at the case of Anna Maciejewska from Malvern PA-she disappeared 2 years ago, and it was all on the down low until yesterday when LE declared her husband a person of interest. They took a battering ram to a second residence owned by the family to search it for the first time yesterday. Legally, they couldn’t do it sooner, but that didn’t mean they haven’t considered him a suspect for the entire time. They obviously have new, undisclosed information to have proceeded yesterday. The police can’t show their hand, for good reason, and have to wait to move until they can legally do so. I’m certain in Cheryl’s case that the same exact thing is going on, and eventually her husband and maybe some other people will be arrested. Be patient...

Yes, I do. I really think they know what happened to her, Tooltimetim.

Where is this information about the sons coming from? Were they listed as POI or suspects?

Some days ago my mom who is 83 years old , reminded me about a police detective who was good friends with our family, he has since long retired and I was able to speak with him last night, he agreed as long as I don’t use his name , so he doesn’t have to come out of “retirement”
I spoke to him about Cheryl’s case, he stated the following:
1) the home is still a crime scene but inactive, which means they can be back with a warrant any time, or to use existing warrant to doublecheck from previous visits
2) Cheryl’s lawyer is not doing a good job, there definately should be a restraining order keeping the girlfriend out of the house, she could be a potential POI
3) he was puzzled that the police have not made William come down to station and keep reviewing his previous statements, he stated he used to do this to keep the potential POI from getting too comfortable, his actions or statements could change, numerous visits are the name of the game
They should be hauling him in frequently, as of now he’s too comfortable
4) yes the daughters should have lawyers, especially the minor, he said she could be easily swayed
5) he said to keep a potential suspect on there toes, is that would show up at their employment for a chat
6) he stated the DA should convene a grand jury with evidence already collected and statements to test the waters if he could get a bill of indictment, if lucky this could blow case wide open
7) he thinks Cheryl is definately deceased, and very nearby, in a area that he knows very well.
8) he stated with police bothering him for statement verification visits he will get angry and slip up and then could be charged for lying on a police statement.
My friend gave me some third party insight from a retired detective

Amazing info/insights! Thanks for getting the info and typing it on here so we can know more.

I had a nice discussion concerning the case from a former detective it was very nice to hear what a professional thinks, I think he was straight on about the home, that once the initial search took place the home should have been sealed, because all evidence indicates that it’s the initial crime scene, and letting him , William and his girlfriend live there makes no sense to contaminate a scene in the event further evidence is needed, they still have her SUV the house should have been included,
I had made the statement to him after he made the statement, a home would be sealed if you fail to pay your mortgage , fail to pay taxes, but commit a murder , and you get to stay, doesn’t make sense.
Second his comment about the minor child, I also do agree that Barb should have temporary custody in Florida until this case is resolved, just to keep her safe. I do feel that a man who could murder his wife, the child’s daughter, and profess his love for both is unstable and dangerous, I certainly hope the day the police finally arrest him, that they do it outside the home where no one else can be hurt, I am guessing if they tried to intiate an arrest at home , he may have hidden weapons , and it would turn into a SWAT scene.
He was very surprised that her attorney did not file a restraining order to keep the girlfriend out of the home, her current presence in and out of the home is a slap in Cheryl’s face
I realize William has rights, but Cheryl has rights until her status is made more clear then probate would take over.
Marissa and the minor child need legal representation just to ensure William does not manipulate Cheryl’s assets, 401k, her share of the home, from the Hands of William,
Remember in past posts he keeps proclaiming his love for Cheryl, pretty shalow from the possible murder suspect, he claims to love his minor daughter, but lies straight in her eyes everyday, the $4000, the injury to his arms, the posting where he tried to run her off the road, wanting Cheryl out of the home before he returns from Florida, his refusal to do lie detector, his overall silience,
Someone like I just descibed I think would take everything for himself and the daughters would get nothing
The former detective was very surprised and the more he outlined the more I agree, they the police took initial statements from William and the family, if he is leading the list as prime POI, the police need to bring him in on a irregular basis to keep going over his statement of events, to catch irregularities , or lies , and after a while he will get upset, maybe lose his temper just like he probably did that fateful day and convict himself, right now he thinks he is in the drivers seat, very cocky to the point the girlfriend is spending time at the home, this chip on his shoulder needs to be knocked off.
I do agree with my contact and think if we are ever going to find Cheryl, big changes need to take place, at the present rate Cheryl is just a memory....

I worry that William is devising a plan to cut and run, possibly for another country. He seems so selfish, I’m not sure he’d take anyone with him. He wouldn’t want to leave behind anyone who knows he’s guilty (minor child, gf). I worry he’d just kill them, too, so they can’t talk. This is all JMO, of course.

If I was Mr Bills attorney , and I knew he was innocent, I would insist on 100% coorperation, take a lie detector test, clarify and verify my statement, even though he me be a jerk because of the his girlfriend, but a innocent man in this type of case does not have a zipper sewn on his mouth, he should be leading the pack , yell from the roof tops and help solve this case if not for himself but for the minor child

Silience to me yells I am guilty as sin.

I agree, he should be MUCH more cooperative. However, I’d never take a lie detector test. They’re unreliable to the point that they aren’t admissible in court. I don’t trust them, jmo.
