AMEN! Why did no one call child protective services or Law enforcement!

Everyone should feel obligated to report child abuse and neglect to CPS because it could mean life or death for a child. So many people sit back and mind their business in these situations. I wish CPS did what it's job because a lot of children fall victim to the system.
