Found Safe OH - Cierra Richardson, 16, Toledo, 17 March 2017

Cierra Richardson left Whitmer School in the morning hours of March 17th and never returned home. She is about 5 feet tall, weighs 125 pounds and has a tattoo on her right shoulder.

She's active on FB as of yesterday from what is publicly visable. She really misses her mom, and doesn't want to stay somewhere where she's sad all the time

It seems her mom passed

I am just heartbroken for her, her pain at missing her mom is so raw, I want to hug her and make her cookies.
