Identified! OH - Cincinnati, LIVING Male, hospital patient, Dec 2005 - Name withheld

You're right, PM, the guy in the hospital looks pretty bad. It's hard to tell what happened to him, but what you can see of his injuries looks to be consistent with either a beating or a car accident.

mysteriew, thanks for your help and input. I used to be somewhat familiar with Cincinnati when my brother lived there, but that's been a few years ago. In fact, a lot of years ago :D

I called the hospital and tried to explain it to the nurse and I kept saying "could this be the guy the police are looking for?" and she said, we are not looking for him, we don't know his name... and I kept saying, no the guy in the paper that the police are looking for. She said, the guy in the paper is the one with no name. We don't know who he is. I said, no, there's another guy in the paper the police are looking for but can't find him...
I gave up... she wasn't getting it. I will try again.

I called the crime stoppers... they said they are two separate people.
Ironic though... It was around the same time in the morning too.
 sounds like the hospital lady is norwegian!

It is also that they are clueless. Good work all of you. Maybe we need to be on a crime forum.Oops, we are.

I think the possibility of a carjacking is a good theory.
I figured out how they ruled out the Madden guy. He has a criminal history so his prints would be on file. LE would have gotten fingerprints from the UID beating victim, so if there was no match- he could be ruled out.
Madden's history so far seems to be mainly bad checks, open flask and that type of thing.

Well, the Madden fella got arrested for the car accident that happened around the same time that the now identified man was found beaten. I know this is off topic, but he still could've done it.
