Cindy A. Allen of Springfield is a 33-year-old female with developmental disabilities that stands at 5’ 2”, and weights 110 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes and was last seen at 237 Delcourt Drive in Springfield on Sunday morning at 7 a.m.

Allen may be in the company of a male friend, but she has not had any contact with her family or friends since Sunday.

Police have located Cindy Allen and she is safe. Investigators said she was staying with a male friend.
