I am a volunteer with the nonprofit group Can You Identify Me, based in Henderson Nevada. I was asked to do a couple of reconstructions for them, one of which was this man.
Numerous clothing items were found with his body, but it seems like too many items to all be worn over each other. This occurred in the month of March in Cleveland, so perhaps it was so cold that he needed to wear multiple layers of clothing and coats.

Vital Statistics
Estimated age: 18 - 70 years old (By appearance, I am judging that he was likely between 50 and 70 - However, the skeletal findings cited below seem to suggest a younger age estimate)
Height : 5' 7" (67 inches)
Weight: 101 pounds.
Head Hair: "Average length", grey and black.
Scars: 1/2" scar of lower anterior left chest; 1/4" scar of right upper quadrant.
Skeletal findings: Full body x-rays were obtained. there is no evidence of recent or old trauma. Bullet substances are not visualized and no opaque foreign body is seen. All visualized epiphyses appear closed. The bones appear to be those of a young male without any degenerative changes appreciated. There are no specific unusual congenital or acquired defects of the bone which could be used for later comparison purposes.
Other Medical Information: Generalized areterio and atreriolar sclerosis diagnosed at autopsy; Pulmonary Emphysema diagnosed at autopsy;
