Missing Woman In Need Of Medication

The Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office says 68-year-old Constance Hammond was last seen Friday around noon, at a home on Waterworks Hill SE in Tuscarawas County. She was traveling to Wheeling Island with a second woman and she never returned. Hammond is a diabetic and does not have her insulin.

I found an obituary for a Constance R. Hammond of Uhrichsville who passed away in February 2018. I think it's the same lady, although I don't think we are allowed to link obituaries even if it was her's.
