Found Deceased OH - Daniel Conforti, 67, Springboro, Warren County, 5 Jan 2019 *dementia, Parkinson's*

SPRINGBORO OH (FOX19) - Police are searching for an endangered missing man from Warren County who has both Dementia and Parkinson’s disease.

The man, Daniel Conforti, is 67-years-old, 6′2″ and 190 lbs, according to Clearcreek Township police department. He does not have his medication with him.

Conforti left his residence on Saturday at 7:15 a.m. according to police.

He lives on Scotch Pine Drive in Springboro.

Conforti left his house in a white chevy blazer with an OH license plate number CEN1622.

Found deceased.

The body was found in nearby woods, about an hour after his truck was found near the Furnas Shores Boat Ramp at the state park. Conforti apparently died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Burke.
