"Donny R. Raines was reported missing on July 27th after leaving his residence on Stonecreek Rd SW on July 26th.
Detective Adam Fisher said Raines left his home between 1:30pm and 4:30pm.
“It is suspected that Doney left his home on a bicycle and is possibly making attempts to travel to West Virginia. Doney lives with his brother Daniel Raines and is said to suffer from various mental health issues to include Schizophrenia, causing him to have a 10-year-old mentality, but has no history of being violent.”
Raines is 5 foot 8 and weighs 185 pounds. He has a stocky build and has short dark blonde hair with blue eyes.
He also has a distinct heart tattoo on his left shoulder.
